Thank you for visiting the site of the Maumee Valley Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The Maumee Valley Chapter is made up of member Home Inspectors from all parts of Northwest Ohio, Northeast Indiana and Southern Michigan but also is open to interested inspectors from all other areas.

 

The Maumee Valley Chapter provides continuing education to the home inspection profession and provides a venue for inspectors to share experiences and enhance our knowledge base.

 

You do not need to be a member to enjoy our Chapter events or educational seminars but, membership does have its many advantages!

 

Internachi Inspectors have strict requirements to become a certified member, and must adhere to the NACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Every year members are required to complete a minimum 24 hours of continuing education, most complete more. Internachi Inspectors have access to the most extensive library of related information in the industry. With almost 10,000 members strong in N.America, NACHI is the largest inspection Association in the world!
